The opening day of the Salcombe Town Regatta was to be marked with a "display" from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at 17:00 on the 14th August.Unfortunately the Lancaster developed a fault earlier in the day and couldn't make the event, however, we were treated to a display by a Spitfire and a Hurricane - all too fleeting though.

Great photo's as usual and I loved the fireworks ones!!!
Thanks Liz. Lost my interest in this for a while, but plenty of photo ops has motivated me to try to do better wrt blogging.
